IPHONE APPLICATION
Benjamin Moore stirred tremendous
buzz with the introduction of an iPhone
application that, since its availability
last May, has been downloaded by more
than 100,000 people who can snap a pic-
ture of any color inspiration and instant-
ly match it to one of the more than 3,300
hues comprising Benjamin Moore’s color
system. Now, painting contractors and
designers have a Benjamin Moore
iPhone app all their own. The Benjamin
Moore ProConnection iPhone app allows
a contractor or designer to store client
information on an iPhone, including
names and contact details, before and
after photos of a project, and other data
that can aid in creating an on-the-go
sales proposal and presentation. It is
equipped, as well, with a GPS.
Additionally, there is instant connectivi-
ty to Benjamin Moore’s color collections
and product information.

NEVADA DOT APPROVES
SEICOAT ANTI-GRAFFITI COATINGS
A line of anti-graffiti coatings from
Seicoat Corporation was approved and
added to the Qualified Products List by
the State of Nevada Department of
Transportation (DOT). The products
include GPA-200 Graffiti Proofer Anti-
Stick and GPA-300 Graffiti Proofer Non-
Stick anti-graffiti coatings. The firm
responsible for introducing the coatings
to Nevada State officials is Seicoat Reno,
the first Nevada franchisee for Seicoat
Corporation with headquarters in Los
Angeles. The GPA-200 coating is durable
and causes most paints to simply run off
the film, according to the company. The
GPA-300 product allows anyone to
remove graffiti with a dry cloth or water
rinse without the use of any cleaning
chemicals. These are the only anti-graffi-
ti coatings approved by the Nevada DOT
